New Literature from one of our own: Chesley Mercado, EdD, MT-BC

In her new book, "Leadership and Management in Music Therapy: Music Therapists in the Natural Role of Administration" Chesley Mercado strives to take the anxiety and mystery out of leadership, supervision and yes even being a manager. Throughout the book are correlations between the clinical practice of music therapy and the client and administration where the department or agency acts as the client.
